Sonny’s Property Maintenance and Roofing

I was referred to Sonny's Property Maintenance by a commercial roofing business as I have a 1917 house with a slate roof. Owner Bob Loehr assessed my needs for slate work and chimney reappointing by videos that showed the damage as he narrated the problems. I felt completely informed and appreciated his knowledge since finding a craftsperson for slate roof work is challenging. I also contracted with Bob to address the stained oak ceilings on my porches. His crew sanded, filled nail holes, stained, and poly coated twice the ceilings. Each night the porch was cleaned off and usable. His work was professional, exact, taking pride in workmanship, and I am so pleased with the finished projects. I will be calling him again for foundation work, gutter issues, and whatever challenges arise with owning an older home. Thanks for helping me keep my property well maintained.

I had an issue with my cement porch crumbling due to weather damage, and the roof supports were dangerously close to falling because of it. I hired Sonny's to brace my roof for the winter just in case it got any worse. Less than a week after requesting a quote the job was done. They did an amazing job and were super quick to get me taken care of. I'll definitely be hiring them again in the spring to fix the damage on my porch.
